Lightning/Surge Protection
Lightning and surge damage can be extremely detrimental to CCTV operations, so it is imperative that equipment is properly protected. The CCTV camera typically requires three different levels of protection - Coax video, RS-422/232 data and 24VAC Power.
Several options are available for lightning protection, from stand-alone devices to DIN rail mounted modules.
